Packaging Design Operations Coordinator

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; onsite work required at least four days per week. Travel may include up to 10%.

What you will do

• Support packaging artwork data entry updates through final production art.
• Review artwork files for data accuracy, alignment, and basic content requirements.
• Assist creative and design teams with packaging production tasks.
• Collaborate with production art project managers, designers, agencies, and production partners.
• Support problem-solving discussions and maintain alignment with brand standards.
• Follow established workflows and learn new tools and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or higher; Mexican Bachillerato or Preparatoria certification must be completed and verified before starting.
• Proficient English language skills required.
• Familiarity with consumer packaging or graphic design principles in a corporate, agency, or printing environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Understanding of packaging design, print production, and prepress processes.
• Familiarity with offset, flexographic, digital, or gravure printing.
• Exposure to creative review tools or project-related software.
• Interest in consumer goods packaging.
