Senior Process Analyst, Warehouse & Distribution (MedTech)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States of America. The role operates in both office and warehouse environments, requires regular time on the warehouse floor, and may require occasional travel of less than 10%.

What you will do

• Develop and improve warehouse performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for inbound, outbound, returns, inventory, labor, cost, and service metrics.
• Analyze warehouse management, transportation, ERP, labor management, and operational data to identify trends, root causes, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives involving process mapping, time studies, standard work, slotting, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, and Facilities to design and implement improvements.
• Support warehouse automation, robotics, system enhancements, reporting tools, business requirements, data validation, user acceptance testing, and process deployments.
• Manage project planning, stakeholder alignment, milestones, risks, benefits validation, investment tracking, purchase orders, documentation, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, supply chain analytics, process improvement, industrial engineering, or related operational roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, SAP, warehouse management systems, or labor management systems.
• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of receiving, put-away, replenishment, slotting, picking, packing, shipping, returns, inventory control, and value-added services.
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments and spend time on the warehouse floor.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in a regulated, complex, or high-volume distribution environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS, project management, or related certification.
