Salary: $129,000–$183,200 per year

What you will do

• Manage analytics support staff and daily analytical activities for Distribution Planning.
• Oversee historical and forward-looking quantitative studies, including generation modeling analyses.
• Lead emerging analytics initiatives and coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage regulatory reports, data requests, and improvements to reporting quality and data integrity.
• Coordinate support for state and federal regulatory activities, including reporting, testimony, and communication of regulatory decisions.
• Develop and oversee implementation of a data governance strategy across Distribution Planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, computer science, business, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in data governance, data stewardship, data quality management, data management, or analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with distribution planning, power flow modeling tools, or load forecasting tools.
• Experience with Databricks and Power BI.
• Master’s degree in business administration.
• Experience with regulatory work and knowledge of FERC and Energy Information Administration reporting requirements.
• Background in the Operations Business Unit.
