Senior Manager, Data Analytics

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Change Building AR Bentonville Home Office

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead data strategy and analytics initiatives supporting fulfillment-center capacity planning, growth, speed, and cost objectives.
• Identify and evaluate data sources against business requirements and service-level agreements.
• Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation.
• Design data visualizations and storytelling approaches to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Establish data quality practices including profiling, cleansing, monitoring, governance, and compliance.
• Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analytics, big data techniques, automation, statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, and advanced data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Understanding of data quality management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience, master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in data science, statistics, retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce.
• Experience with Spark, Scala, and business intelligence assessments.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
