Audio Visual Technicians, Event Production (ALL Levels of Experience)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Tempe Warehouse in Tempe, Arizona, serving the Phoenix market

Hourly pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, location, travel, experience, skills, and expertise. Some positions may include overtime, bonuses, or incentives.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and break down audiovisual equipment for events.
• Work across audio, video, computers, lighting, and rigging disciplines.
• Support event production activities and collaborate with project managers.
• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor technicians depending on role level.
• Help deliver technical services for meetings, productions, and multimedia conferences.

Requirements

• Event Technician: basic to intermediate experience; six months of audiovisual experience preferred.
• Event Technical Lead: intermediate experience in all five disciplines and two years of audiovisual experience required.
• Event Technical Supervisor: advanced experience in all five disciplines and four or more years of audiovisual experience required.
• Event Technical Specialist: advanced experience in all five disciplines and three or more years of audiovisual experience required.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, climbing, and working with audiovisual equipment.
