Sr Director, Keynote and Production (Fintech)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; at least 3 days in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $200,000–$320,000 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the keynote and mainstage production portfolio for North America client experiences, including hirify.global Payments Forum, client councils, sponsorship sessions, and specialized forums.
• Serve as Executive Producer for hirify.global Payments Forum and establish scalable production approaches for programs of different sizes and objectives.
• Develop executive presentations, speaker preparation, coaching, rehearsals, show flows, staging, video, technology, and live audience experiences.
• Drive productions from concept through show close, including creative development, technical planning, Run of Show creation, broadcast, and onsite execution.
• Lead agencies, vendors, creative partners, and cross-functional teams while managing risk, quality, accessibility, safety, and operational execution.
• Build the North America Events production capability, manage and develop a team of two, and direct multimillion-dollar budgets and production resources.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10 years with an advanced degree, or 5 years with a PhD.
• At least 12 years leading and personally delivering keynote, mainstage, conference, executive, broadcast, or experiential productions.
• Experience serving as an Executive Producer or senior production leader for flagship conferences with audiences of 1,000+ and multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Deep expertise in keynote and mainstage production, executive stage preparation, stagecraft, show direction, broadcast, technical production, and experiential design.
• Strong creative judgment, storytelling ability, executive presence, stakeholder influence, and player-coach leadership skills.
• Experience building production capabilities, standards, playbooks, teams, and partner ecosystems in a complex organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or technology.
• Experience identifying and scaling AI capabilities and workflows for production quality, efficiency, consistency, or audience engagement.
