TL;DR
Service Practice Director (Healthcare Technology): Building and operationalizing repeatable onboarding and implementation standards for healthcare services programs across multiple end markets, with an accent on customer transitions, service delivery quality, and clinical stakeholder engagement. Focus on leading enterprise launches, scaling onboarding operations, measuring program outcomes, and supporting healthcare compliance conversations.

Location: Hybrid role based in Charlotte, North Carolina; Cleveland, Ohio; or Hoffman Estates, Illinois, United States. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain the end-to-end implementation and onboarding standard for all Services programs.
  • Create playbooks, checklists, timelines, enablement materials, and lifecycle criteria for consistent launches.
  • Lead the onboarding delivery team, manage capacity and resources, and coach for consistent outcomes.
  • Own high-visibility, multi-site, and enterprise launches through go-live and handoff to account management.
  • Partner with sales, revenue operations, customer success, service delivery, finance, data, product, and operations.
  • Represent hirify.global in executive, clinical, accreditation-adjacent, and customer business review conversations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, transition management, customer success, or service delivery.
  • Experience leading complex, customer-facing launches and building repeatable practices, methodologies, or operating standards.
  • Expertise in healthcare, healthcare technology management, managed services, or comparable outsourced service environments.
  • Strong program and project management, executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence across sales, operations, and customer success functions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with clinical engineering, biomedical, or managed equipment service programs.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience establishing onboarding across multiple end markets or lines of business.
  • Lean or Six Sigma credentials.
  • Proficiency with project management tools for complex, multi-phase initiatives.
