Inventory Coordinator - Weekend Shift

What you will do

• Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and organize goods within the distribution center.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and store items in designated locations.
• Coordinate accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with logistics and customer service teams.
• Maintain receiving reports, cycle counts, inventory records, and related documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, generate reports, and identify trends or issues.
• Improve inventory-control procedures, reduce errors, and follow warehouse safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with inventory-management software and technologies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong organization, accurate record-keeping, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors, logistics, customer service, and other departments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Knowledge of Manhattan WMS.
