Data Enablement & Reporting Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: United States Work at Home; remote position. Home internet must use cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Salary: $79,000–$131,600 annually, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Build scalable reports, dashboards, and visualizations covering healthcare cost, utilization, provider performance, and network effectiveness.
• Transform claims, provider, and operational data into actionable insights for business partners and leadership.
• Design and optimize automated reporting processes, data pipelines, and analytics workflows.
• Partner with network, pricing, underwriting, product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver analytics aligned with business priorities.
• Establish data governance, quality assurance, validation, standardization, and continuous improvement practices.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and explore AI-enabled analytics and process automation capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, financial, business, or data analytics.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency, including complex queries, joins across multiple data sources, and data validation.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, health policy, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with healthcare claims, provider, network, reimbursement, cost, or utilization data.
• Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement modeling, network analytics, or healthcare cost management.
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation technologies, or advanced reporting methodologies.
