Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist (Spanish)

Location: Onsite in San Antonio, Texas, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturdays.

Compensation: Annual salary plus incentives.

What you will do

• Help customers access financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored loan solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Handle loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and company systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Meet individual and branch goals while delivering responsive, empathetic customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and work toward performance goals.
• Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, Texas.
• Availability for standard weekday business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency.
