Operations Technical Training Platforms Co-Op (LMS/Power BI)

What you will do

• Support Learning Management System (LMS) implementation readiness by improving training data quality, consistency, governance, and processes.
• Standardize and document training-related business processes, governance practices, system structures, and administrative procedures.
• Track LMS migration readiness, data cleanup, remediation actions, and site readiness metrics.
• Measure the impact of governance and cleanup efforts, including reductions in duplicate records, obsolete content, unnecessary assignments, and legacy system complexity.
• Perform basic LMS administration and provide first-level user support, including troubleshooting and ServiceNow ticket resolution.
• Develop Excel and Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations for program progress, data quality, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student who can work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from January through June.
• Expected graduation in 2027 or 2028 and familiarity with university co-op participation requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, visualization, or process tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and communicate findings.
