Data Collection Specialist (Part-time)

Location: Remote - Illinois; the role is associated with Peoria Heights, Illinois.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

What you will do

• Make non-sales calls to prospective firms to collect professional liability insurance expiration dates.
• Collect and verify prospect details, including addresses, contacts, fax numbers, number of insureds, and email addresses.
• Update databases with call responses and activities, and create follow-up activities for sales representatives.
• Make two calls per prospect record, one week apart, or continue until contact is made.
• Prepare weekly campaign reports in Excel, including x-dates received, wrong numbers, and changed addresses.
• Maintain a minimum pace of 18 calls per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including keyboarding, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time calling role of approximately 20 hours per week initially.
