Collections Team Lead (Field Recovery)

What you will do

• Supervise Collections Leads and monitor daily execution, accountability, and team performance.
• Coach and support field collections teams to improve efficiency and recovery outcomes.
• Review delinquent loan portfolios to identify default drivers, recovery gaps, emerging trends, and risks.
• Recommend, track, and close corrective actions while optimizing collections processes.
• Prepare performance and personnel monitoring reports and provide portfolio recovery updates to leadership.
• Manage administrative collections activities, including regional drive allocation, policy compliance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in collections or field recovery, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead - Field Recovery role.
• Strong understanding of delinquency management and roll rates.
• Experience managing and motivating field teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze data and improve performance.
