Forward Deployed Engineer Intern (AI)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area / Redwood City, in-office

hirify.global is building a voice AI platform that enables companies to use AI agents for sales, support, logistics, and broader customer experience operations.

What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy AI voice solutions for real customer use cases.
• Join customer calls, understand technical problems, and translate them into implementation solutions.
• Debug issues across APIs, integrations, data, and AI systems.
• Write and ship code and tested solutions into production quickly.
• Identify patterns across deployments and collaborate with engineering on product improvements.
• Own projects from the initial customer problem through deployment and iteration.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience programming in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Interest in AI systems used by real customers.
• Ability to work through ambiguous technical problems and communicate clearly with customers and engineering.
• Evidence of building projects, shipping software, or completing relevant work outside school.
