Operations Analyst

Location: Remote from Maryland, US

Salary: USD 58,000–63,000 annually in Maryland, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Analyze incoming information and provide accurate, consistent data to clients.
• Operate the internet-based Black Diamond Performance Reporting application.
• Perform daily reconciliation of client transactional and investment accounting data.
• Research data points submitted by service teams and clients.
• Monitor automatic nightly data jobs for accuracy and completion.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups and assist with system and product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Finance or accounting experience is preferred.
• Must be located in Maryland, US, for the remote role.
