Principal Engineer SoC Design Verification

What you will do

• Define chip-level and subsystem-level verification strategies, architectures, test plans, coverage plans, and signoff criteria.
• Lead the development of scalable, reusable UVM-based verification environments and automation infrastructure.
• Lead verification of CPU subsystems, interconnects, DMA engines, memory architectures, peripherals, sensor data pipelines, and application use cases.
• Drive functional coverage, code coverage, assertions, safety requirements coverage, KPIs, and coverage closure.
• Coordinate subsystem and SoC-level verification with architects, designers, physical design, emulation, and related engineering teams.
• Mentor senior verification engineers and lead reviews and verification signoff decisions.

Requirements

• BS degree and 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Extensive experience with UVM-based verification and complex SoC verification.
• Experience building reusable verification environments and scalable verification infrastructure.
• Experience defining and tracking coverage metrics and driving verification closure.
• Experience providing technical leadership for verification teams and signoff activities.
