Staff Digital Verification Engineer (ASIC/FPGA)

What you will do

• Develop digital verification plans, test benches, and automated test cases for ASIC and FPGA designs.
• Lead design and verification activities for one or more devices or design sections.
• Support RTL design, design debugging, synthesis, timing closure, and formal verification.
• Create scripts and automation for design verification, regression testing, and coverage reporting.
• Support pre-silicon and post-silicon validation and collaborate with Design, ATE, Applications, and Systems groups.
• Estimate and manage tasks to meet project schedules.

Requirements

• PhD, MS, or BS in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on digital design or VLSI.
• 5+ years of experience in ASIC or FPGA design and verification.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC development processes, digital design techniques, and the complete digital design flow.
• Proficiency with Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, automated regression development, and coverage metrics.
• Programming and scripting experience with C/C++, shell, Perl, TCL, or Python, plus knowledge of industry-standard ASIC tools for simulation, synthesis, DFT, LEC, and STA.
• Strong written and verbal communication, technical leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Embedded design or firmware development experience.
• Knowledge of JEDEC, Automotive FuSA, or ASIL standards.
• Experience with DDR, power management applications, I2C, I3C, SPI, USB, PMBUS, or GitLab.
