SBU Product Line Management IV - (E4) (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Technical program manage service product development from initiation through validation and release.
• Lead high-value problem discovery, voice-of-customer analysis, solution selection, ROI estimates, market opportunity assessment, and beta-site selection.
• Chair core-team meetings and coordinate development with business units, operations, field service, OCE, DT/AIx, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop service offerings alongside new product introductions, including application support plans, service capabilities, spares strategies, maintenance procedures, and training.
• Lead customer evaluations, demonstrations, technical review meetings, deliverables, schedules, and closure through the Common Interests Framework.
• Report service revenue against forecasts and provide status updates to AGS executives during monthly product reviews.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of dielectric deposition or atomic layer deposition semiconductor equipment, including process engineering, optimization, customer fab operations, and hardware design.
• More than five years of process and hardware experience on DCVD semiconductor equipment, with 3–5 years of DDP business unit, application, or platform experience.
• Program management proficiency and experience leading projects with significant risk and complexity.
• Ability to solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions, negotiate through roadblocks, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including creating materials for executives and large groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with AIx growth initiatives, digital tools, service product offers, DfI, or DfS.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry regions, customers, market segments, competitors, and service best practices.
