Technician I, Advanced Setup (Manufacturing)

Location: US - Greenwood, SC; on-site presence at the plant is required. The role follows a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

What you will do

• Coordinate order changes and dish washing for hard capsule machines, Unisor, and Unified equipment.
• Verify order quantities using basic math before initiating machine changes.
• Break down, clean, and adjust hard capsule machines to maintain proper operation.
• Inspect equipment for foreign capsules and perform quality checks.
• Set up and troubleshoot iBox equipment and perform formula changes at hard capsule machines.
• Record order changes and setups in SCADA and SharePoint, and collaborate with Manufacturing to return machines to production.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; reasonable accommodations are available.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass the required color vision test with a score of 100 or below.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays, and work on-site at the plant.
