Technician III, Process/Utility Maintenance (GMP Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, utility, and facility systems in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Diagnose and resolve production-critical equipment issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Document maintenance activities in Maximo and support calibration, validation, commissioning, and equipment lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate maintenance work, manage critical spare-parts inventory, and develop procedures that improve equipment reliability.
• Provide first-line technical support and mentor junior technicians while promoting safety and GMP compliance.
• Support hands-on first-shift manufacturing operations on site.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a technical certification or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• At least 5 years of related maintenance experience required; equivalent military training is accepted.
• Experience with troubleshooting, technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, facility systems, and manual labor.
• GMP or cGMP experience and documentation practices are preferred; Maximo or other CMMS experience is preferred.
• Must work full-time at hirify.global’s US site and already hold US work authorization.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available, and candidates must maintain work authorization without future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Technical certification or associate degree in a relevant maintenance discipline.
• Previous cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Experience documenting work in Maximo or another CMMS.
