What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation, performance, talent, engagement, diversity, absenteeism, and workforce demographics.
• Analyze workforce trends, develop predictive insights, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and explain the stories behind the data.
• Translate HR and business questions into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Advise HR leaders and business partners on retention, workforce planning, talent, organizational effectiveness, manager effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Support Workday reporting, data quality, HRIS changes, testing, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in people analytics.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM, including Discovery Boards and Workday Prism Analytics.
• Advanced experience creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
• Workday configuration and user acceptance testing experience, with a record of implementing, operating, or managing HRIS platforms.
• Strong consulting, communication, analytical, project management, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and client service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
