Collections Supervisor, AZ (FinTech)

Location: Remote within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, AZ; shift: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

What you will do

• Lead agent growth, development, engagement, and performance against team goals.
• Train and coach team members on customer interaction and collection methods.
• Review team behavior and practices, providing timely feedback and direction.
• Manage account details, agent performance documentation, service levels, and saturation targets.
• Handle escalated customer situations and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Set monthly team goals, communicate action plans, and complete administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience in collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with employees and customers.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others and drive engagement around a shared vision or purpose.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel functions and formulas are a plus.
• General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
