Mechanical Engineering Intern (Summer 2027)

What you will do

• Work with engineer mentors on design teams and take ownership of portions of various projects.
• Apply mechanical engineering concepts to real engineering challenges.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to learn how complete design packages are developed.
• Develop practical skills in time management, communication, CAD drafting, and technical project work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program at a four-year ABET-accredited university or college.
• Preferred graduation date within one year; candidates graduating within two years may also be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage academic and work responsibilities simultaneously.
