Senior Service Delivery Manager for OS GmbH (m/f/d)

Location: Remote work is available only within Slovakia; office location in Košice.

Salary: negotiable base salary from €2,600 gross per month, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate forecast and budget planning, including requests, project and cost-center updates, and process improvements.
• Analyze budget variances and prepare insights for management decisions.
• Maintain operational data, dashboards, monthly reports, management presentations, and financial reviews.
• Support public tender submissions by preparing bid plans, coordinating documentation, and monitoring deadlines.
• Assist service managers throughout project lifecycles with customer requests, purchase orders, communications, and administrative follow-up.
• Prepare and release customer invoices in SAP while monitoring quotas, contracts, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a comparable role.
• Analytical, systematic, structured, reliable, and deadline-oriented working style.
• Strong initiative, flexibility, resilience, willingness to learn, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• English at B2–C1 level.
• German at B2–C1 level is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with budgeting or forecasting processes.
• Basic understanding of project management or service management environments.
• Experience with SAP invoicing, order management, or contract handling.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, reporting, or business administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT Management, or a related field, or relevant vocational training and practical experience.
