What you will do
- Act as the primary contact between key IT service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse provider performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
- Organise structured service provider reviews and align delivery with business requirements.
- Coordinate issue resolution, manage escalations, and maintain constructive provider relationships.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and support continuous optimisation.
- Support provider integration, procurement activities, contract renewals, renegotiations, and improvements to the Provider Management Framework.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience managing external IT service providers in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing, multi-provider operating models, and IT contract management.
- Experience defining, monitoring, and reporting on SLAs.
- Understanding of IT service delivery, governance, compliance, and provider management risks.
- Business-level English and German proficiency required.
