Service Delivery Lead / Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, Bratislava, Slovakia

Basic wage component: from €3,800 gross per month, plus a performance bonus paid twice per year of up to 15% of the basic salary for the evaluation period.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployments, operational handovers, and post-handover activities for assigned services.
• Estimate, plan, track, and report delivery progress against scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive risk mitigation.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders in partnership with the Key Account Manager.
• Lead, plan, and delegate work within the team while ensuring timely, high-quality output.
• Own service governance and continuously improve delivery speed, cost, and quality.

Requirements

• Experience in project, service, or operations delivery for enterprise or corporate clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Hands-on experience setting up, tracking, and reporting SLAs and KPIs.
• Ability to manage priorities, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Leadership experience or clear readiness to lead a team.
• A structured process mindset focused on continuous improvement and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or a similar technical delivery environment.
• Exposure to operations handover, support, and maintenance models.
