Senior Growth Copywriter (Microbiome Health)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Annual pay: $145,000–$165,000 plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop performance-driven creative concepts, hooks, scripts, headlines, supers, primary text, and calls to action for TV, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Generate high-volume copy variations for an always-on testing cadence in partnership with media buyers and performance marketers.
• Use hook rate, CTR, CVR, and CPA data to guide creative iteration and future copy development.
• Extend growth-focused messaging across landing pages, email, SMS, and other conversion touchpoints.
• Maintain hirify.global’s brand voice and review copy from agencies and external partners for strategic alignment and performance.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, motion designers, growth marketers, strategists, and cross-functional partners to ship and iterate work quickly.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of copywriting experience in an agency or brand-side environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating real, running paid social and performance work.
• Strong ability to write hooks and headlines quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort reading performance metrics and using data to shape creative decisions.
• Experience creating content for productions ranging from quick-turn UGC-style shoots to campaign-level work.
• Must be located in the United States; the role is fully remote within the US.
