Senior Copywriter (Fintech)

Location: London, UK — Hybrid. Candidates must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where they will work.

What you will do

• Translate complex FinTech concepts, including payments, APIs, compliance, cross-border flows, FX, wallets, risk, and infrastructure, into clear product messaging.
• Create short-form copy for product launches, websites, social channels, advertising, banners, and in-app communications.
• Develop long-form product pages, whitepapers, reports, explainers, case studies, customer stories, and sales enablement materials.
• Build product narratives, messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and campaign stories that support go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Brand, Support, and Design teams.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and refine modular messaging using market feedback and performance results.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience writing product and marketing content in a B2B FinTech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience creating short-form and long-form content for websites, product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of financial products, payments, APIs, compliance, and digital platforms.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Figma, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
