Salary: $89,000 - $139,000 per year

What you will do

• Write and refine content for email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web to ensure a consistent voice.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Design, and Legal teams to align messaging with user and business goals.
• Develop and maintain scalable messaging frameworks, content templates, and writing standards.
• Drive content strategies for campaigns from ideation through A/B testing.
• Refine Affirm's voice and tone for communication with consumers and merchants.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate on content based on user feedback and testing insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in copywriting and/or content design in a product or tech-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience writing for email, push notifications, web, and in-product messaging.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (PMs, designers, engineers).
• Experience with legal and compliance review processes.
• Must be residing in one of the supported Canadian provinces.
