Senior Copywriter (CPG)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Create interactive concepts and campaigns that exceed client objectives.
• Develop site copy, emails, banner ads, social marketing, online advertising, and other interactive marketing materials.
• Define brand voice and produce compelling narratives for creative work, presentations, and client meetings.
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns while overseeing conception and writing across platforms.
• Concept ideas and innovative tactics for digital, mobile, social, CRM, and broadcast channels.
• Collaborate with art directors, strategists, account leads, and clients on campaign development and final deliverables.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in an agency setting.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, a sharp voice, and versatility.
• Experience with writing and presentation tools.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and feedback-handling skills.
• Strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• CPG experience, especially with skin and beauty brands.
• Industry awards such as Clios, One Show, D&AD, Cannes Lions, or Effies.
• Experience with emerging technologies, interactive experiences, or innovative media.
