Delivery Coordinator (WordPress)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; fully remote with a preferred global location. Working hours: 40 hours per week during standard US Mountain Time working hours, with some flexibility.

Salary: USD 1,800–2,200 per month

Digital delivery teams develop and support WordPress and Shopify websites, e-commerce solutions, applications, integrations, hosting, and ongoing digital services for businesses, agencies, and organizations.

What you will do

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain project boards in Asana using Kanban methodologies and keep statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate.
• Coordinate assignments, follow-ups, deliverables, and communication across clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and external partners.
• Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies, and delivery risks early.
• Translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks and help collect content, approvals, access, and other project inputs.
• Support WordPress and Shopify updates, QA, SOP documentation, process improvements, and workflow adherence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments.
• Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and work independently in a fully remote team.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts.
