Senior Product Marketing Manager - Inbound (AI)

What you will do

• Lead market and competitive intelligence across the product portfolio.
• Own and evolve the win–loss program, including interview design, execution, and synthesis.
• Develop buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, and customer journey maps.
• Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities, packaging, differentiation, and go-to-market decisions.
• Conduct client research through interviews, surveys, advisory boards, executive conversations, and feedback analysis.
• Deliver actionable insights and present customer evidence to Product, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and executive leaders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or market intelligence.
• Demonstrated experience with market analysis, win–loss programs, and competitive research.
• Proven ability to influence product strategy through insight and data.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• SaaS experience.
• Nonprofit or association experience.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research and competitive analysis.
• Experience owning complex initiatives such as pricing and packaging, new product or market-entry research, or product advisory boards.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Asana, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
