Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI Platform)

What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for hirify.global’s platform and inference products, defining target users, product promises, and differentiation.
• Lead the self-serve narrative from first touch through activation and expansion, partnering with Growth Marketing on metrics, experimentation, targeting, and friction reduction.
• Develop go-to-market plans for self-serve launches, coordinate Product, Engineering, Growth, and Content, and measure adoption.
• Translate fine-tuning, batch inference, real-time serving, and agentic workloads into solution narratives, use-case pages, and campaign inputs.
• Create technical content, benchmarks, deep dives, and developer proof points in partnership with the AI Lab.
• Shape hirify.global’s presence at developer events and bring customer, market, and competitive insights into roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 2 years in cloud infrastructure, developer tools, AI/ML platforms, or technical PaaS.
• Experience building scalable messaging frameworks and marketing products adopted through self-serve journeys.
• Familiarity with ML/AI engineers and platform engineers, growth metrics, experimentation, and technical instrumentation.
• Hands-on technical fluency with consoles, documentation, workloads, AI infrastructure, training and inference, containers, deployment, tokens, utilization, and cold starts.
• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams and producing technically credible written content and competitive analysis.
• Strong autonomy, bias toward shipping and iterating, and ability to work across distributed teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Engineering or computer science background, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
