Director, Power Infrastructure (AI)

What you will do

• Develop the global power infrastructure strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Lead utility, transmission, regulatory, and grid-interconnection engagement for new power opportunities.
• Support site selection and power infrastructure planning for AI data centers.
• Provide technical leadership on electrical design, power systems, substations, and transmission planning.
• Build global power infrastructure standards, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Advise senior leadership and partner with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Government Relations, and Business Development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading power infrastructure strategy, utility engagement, or grid interconnection for large-scale, multi-country data center or infrastructure programs.
• Deep expertise in data center electrical design, power systems engineering, grid access, interconnection, substations, and transmission planning.
• Proven ability to build relationships with utilities, regulators, and key stakeholders.
• Experience establishing global standards and evaluating power opportunities across regions.
• Strong experience advising senior leadership and working cross-functionally with engineering, construction, operations, government relations, and business development teams.
