Salary: $88,680–$168,480 annually for the US; location-specific ranges may apply.

What you will do

• Define test strategies, specifications, cases, and plans from design and functional documentation.
• Test web-based enterprise applications across feature, integration, system, acceptance, functional, and regression stages.
• Automate UI, CLI, and API tests for regression, scalability, and performance validation.
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test tools, frameworks, and scripts.
• Analyze, track, document, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Lead quality engineering discussions and mentor QA engineers in debugging, planning, and domain expertise.

Requirements

• US citizenship or full US permanent residency is required because the position supports a government client.
• 5+ years of experience testing complex software products for large enterprise customers in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of QA processes, standards, tools, technologies, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering complex web-based enterprise features and automating UI, CLI, and API testing.
• Practical knowledge of one or two open-source automation tools or frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Selenium, Protractor, Python, Perl, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of TDD, SAFe, Agile, Azure DevOps, Git, automation, and code release practices.
