What you will do

  • Lead a high-performing HR Operations team and deliver efficient, employee-focused support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving consistency and enhancing service delivery.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational matters and resolve issues using a solution-focused approach.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver joined-up people processes and positive employee outcomes.
  • Develop HR systems, data and reporting capabilities to keep services efficient, scalable and fit for the future.
  • Use service metrics, operational insights and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and contribute to HR and business-wide projects.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service Delivery, ideally in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Experience leading, managing or developing HR Operations or shared service teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse data and support data-driven decisions.
  • Experience identifying inefficiencies, simplifying workflows and embedding sustainable process improvements.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience; CIPD membership or progress towards qualification is desirable.
