Talent Operations Associate (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $65,300–$94,700 USD per year, with bonus eligibility and equity. The primary target range is $71,000–$83,000.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end interview coordination, including complex panels and cross-time-zone scheduling.
• Manage candidate communication from scheduling and preparation through offers, preboarding, and onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain Greenhouse candidate records, interview plans, scorecards, approvals, stage movement, and reporting.
• Support sourcing for priority roles by building target profiles, searches, and candidate outreach.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and recruiter handoffs.
• Improve recruiting through templates, workflows, automations, AI-assisted tools, interviewer resources, and repeatable programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, sourcing, or a similar fast-moving operations environment.
• Experience owning complex interview scheduling and candidate communication while managing multiple moving parts.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and similar recruiting workflows.
• Interest in sourcing, with the ability to translate role requirements into target candidate profiles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership, judgment, and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, or other sourcing channels.
• Experience with recruiting programs, analytics, ATS or process ownership, interviewer enablement, or onboarding.
• Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience and learning ability.
