Location: Remote - USA - Nationwide

Salary: $86,600–$144,400 annual U.S. national base pay range; geographic differentials may apply. Additional state and city ranges are provided in the posting, and the role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with recruitment, talent, learning and development, benefits, payroll, rewards, and employee relations teams.
• Develop, implement, and support HR strategies aligned with business priorities and the people strategy.
• Advise leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders.
• Drive initiatives that build and maintain a diverse and inclusive community.
• Organize and facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and talent pipelining.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; the role is remote nationwide.
• Solid experience as a general HR business partner.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for talent management and career development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage details, and work under pressure and deadlines.
• Motivation to develop and progress in the role.
