What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor and supplier contracts.
• Support senior counsel with complex deal structuring and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and Security to align agreements with business objectives and risk frameworks.
• Draft and review customer-facing terms and go-to-market agreements for new product launches.
• Advise on privacy matters and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
• Improve contract templates, legal playbooks, processes, and AI-powered contract workflows.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to a US state bar in good standing.
• 2–4 years of experience in commercial, SaaS, or technology transactions in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA, and software licensing models.
• Clear, concise communication, strong organizational skills, curiosity, and ownership of workstreams.
• Genuine interest in adopting AI-based legal tools and shaping modern legal-team workflows.

Nice to have

• Prior in-house experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, or a technology-related field.
• Experience with multi-state commercial contracts or vendor negotiations.
• Second-language proficiency in French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
