Supervisor, Security

Location: Onsite at the Walmart Data Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

What you will do

• Supervise security associates, assign duties, coordinate workloads, and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching, feedback, onboarding, and training while reinforcing company policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, implement incident command protocols, and manage alarm activations.
• Investigate security incidents, assess threats, and support mitigation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and fire codes.
• Build relationships with internal partners, external agencies, and other stakeholders while improving security and safety programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees while managing workloads.
• At least 1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, military service, emergency services, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience participating in employee hiring, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
• Knowledge of safety, security, emergency response, and life safety incident management protocols.
• Effective communication, collaboration, integrity, accountability, and commitment to ethical standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset protection, inventory control, or safety.
• Associate degree.
