What you will do

• Monitor casino operations and the gaming floor for poor game protection, suspicious individuals, and risks to company assets.
• Operate surveillance equipment, including monitors, switchers, computers, controllers, and cameras.
• Conduct reviews and prepare reports and logs that may support legal proceedings.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and support casino safety and security.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, gaming, departmental, and internal-control requirements.
• Lead team members, assign work during shifts, and coordinate with department managers and state regulators.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, observational skills, personal integrity, and leadership.
• Ability to operate casino surveillance and CCTV equipment with a high degree of skill.
• Ability to handle confidential matters and communicate with department managers and regulators.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Commitment to responsible gaming, responsible alcohol service, and reporting illegal acts or ethics violations.
