Founding Designer (Consumer Hardware)

Location: On-site in London, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £70,000 per year, plus meaningful early equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for the iOS app, from user flows and wireframes to polished production assets.
• Lead design across the website, social channels, communications, and email.
• Create event invitations and launch collateral that reflect the brand.
• Define and maintain a unified consumer design language across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Help shape the company's entire visual presence and grow into a design leadership role as the company scales.

Requirements

• 2–3 or more years of professional design experience; this role is not suitable for recent graduates.
• A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional aesthetic taste and strong graphic design fundamentals.
• Experience delivering polished, user-facing design at a consumer company, or equivalent training from a rigorous design school.
• Proficiency in Figma and related design tools, with experience across mobile UI/UX, web, and marketing collateral.
• Aesthetic sensibility suited to a premium consumer hardware brand; B2B-only design experience is not a strong fit.
