Content & Localization Specialist (AI)

A Barcelona-based startup creating and operating FAST streaming TV channels across Europe and the Americas.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end multilingual dubbing projects, including timelines, deliveries, dependencies, linguistic checks, technical quality checks, and corrections.
• Coordinate daily work with an external AI-assisted dubbing studio and consolidate internal feedback.
• Maintain the content database, rights information, metadata, tags, nomenclature, and content organization.
• Support content selection by screening programs and identifying strong titles for acquisition and programming.
• Contribute to the monthly French TV show by selecting releases, reviewing French scripts, checking final versions, and writing promotional copy.
• Perform quality checks on French-dubbed programs and support additional editorial and production projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content, media, TV/streaming, localization, production, or a similar environment.
• Native-level French and good English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets, particularly Excel, plus knowledge of content metadata and data management.
• Good editorial judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills across creative and operational teams.
• Passion for digital content, streaming, FAST, TV, or entertainment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external suppliers or production partners in dubbing, localization, or audiovisual production.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted localization or dubbing workflows.
• Spanish language skills.
