What you will do

• Publish, assess, and enhance content in the Prime Video catalogue using advanced Portuguese-language knowledge.
• Execute standard small-scale localization projects or assigned components of larger projects.
• Use tools and reporting to improve processes and achieve quality metrics.
• Manage escalations for routine and predefined tasks.
• Create or correct subtitles, audio, metadata, and artwork assets.

Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese at C1 level, including region-specific jargon and colloquialisms.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills, with the ability to take direction in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical-thinking skills and the ability to provide insights while working with creative content.

Nice to have

• Background in foreign languages, translation studies, or linguistics, or equivalent localization or subtitling experience.
• Understanding of digital media or the digital video supply chain.
• Experience in the post-house or studio industry, particularly in content publishing or quality management.
