Assistant Client Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Build and maintain regular reports for clients and internal teams.
• Forecast volumes, sales, and performance trends using client-provided data.
• Analyse sales information to identify risks, opportunities, and key patterns.
• Prepare data packs, summaries, and presentations for client meetings.
• Maintain trackers, documents, and commercial files across multiple FMCG categories.
• Support trade performance analysis and day-to-day account administration across Grocery, Convenience, and Pharmacy channels.

Requirements

• At least one year of FMCG experience and strong commercial awareness.
• Experience in data-focused, administrative, or commercial support roles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Existing legal authorisation to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
