Annual salary: $116,000–$174,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential regional pay zone and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead business planning and execution for the assigned fulfillment area to achieve production, quality, safety, and facility goals.
• Forecast staffing and workload, monitor performance results, and implement operational improvements.
• Manage financial performance by tracking expenses, asset utilization, budgets, and business reports.
• Maintain compliance with logistics, quality, safety, and company policies and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Supervise and develop managers and associates, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, training, and promotion activities.
• Build collaborative, inclusive, high-performing teams while supporting Walmart's integrity, customer service, and continuous-improvement standards.

Requirements

• Must work at the Lancaster, Texas fulfillment facility.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus 2 years of senior management experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or a related environment; alternatively, qualifying Walmart Logistics Operations Manager experience or 4 years of senior management experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or associates; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion decisions.
• Ability to complete all required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Compliance, financial modeling and analysis, workforce issue management, modeling and forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
• Experience with Walmart Logistics Manager or Walmart Logistics Systems.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, logistics, management, or operations management.
