Human Resources Assistant, 2nd Shift

Location: Forsyth, Georgia, United States; Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Starting pay: $20.53 per hour

hirify.global is a retail company operating a large associate network and distribution centers focused on affordable products and an energetic customer experience.

What you will do

• Provide HR support to distribution center employees and answer questions about benefits, eligibility, and company policies.
• Support hourly recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, background checks, and timely employment paperwork.
• Partner with Payroll on weekly timesheets, reporting, and distribution center access in Kronos.
• Manage attendance, recognition, benefits enrollment meetings, employee files, and communication boards.
• Process workers’ compensation claims and support safety, training, development, and building events.
• Provide general support to the HR Manager, General Manager, and distribution center team.

Requirements

• Human resources experience with progressive recruiting responsibilities.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Clear communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
• Availability for the Monday-through-Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. shift and onsite work in Forsyth, Georgia.
