Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Hanover, MD, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

Salary: $21–$26 per hour

What you will do

• Support new hires and team members throughout onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and respond to HR inquiries and employment verification requests.
• Lead Harassment Prevention Training during orientation and help team members navigate the HRIS.
• Escalate employee relations concerns appropriately and recommend solutions to workplace issues.
• Collaborate with the HR Generalist and fulfillment center leaders to support training and team needs.
• Complete small HR projects, such as creating flyers or owning a component of a larger initiative.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of workplace laws, including e-Verify and employee rest and meal-time requirements.
• Strong confidentiality, discretion, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing interests and work effectively in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Ability to work onsite at the Hanover fulfillment center during the stated Monday–Friday schedule.
