Senior Digital Product Manager - Digital Advice (Wealth Management)

Location: On-site in Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Orlando, FL; or Raleigh, NC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: USD $105,600–$175,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of advisor, client, and field needs using data, feedback, and research.
• Define and deliver the future portfolio management experience, including portfolio analysis, investment proposals, client reporting, rebalancing, trading, risk insights, and advice documentation.
• Partner with a third-party vendor and internal technology teams to integrate Aladdin Wealth into advisor and client workflows.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Coordinate technology, UX, business, risk, compliance, legal, operations, field, and vendor teams to manage tradeoffs and support release readiness.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management or product development experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, advisor workflows, portfolio management, investment proposals, financial planning, client reporting, rebalancing, trading, risk analysis, and advice documentation.
• Experience with product discovery, roadmap management, backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning, and Agile delivery.
• Ability to collaborate across technology, UX, business, risk, compliance, legal, operations, field, and vendor teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with sound judgment, ownership, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Current U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship and willingness to work on site in a specified location are required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree and securities industry licenses.
• Experience with Aladdin Wealth or similar investment management, portfolio management, or financial planning platforms.
• Knowledge of Schwab products, services, and support systems.
