What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a Coach brand ambassador and implement company initiatives and store operations.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.
• Build an inclusive, collaborative team culture and hold employees accountable for individual and business goals.
• Provide customer-focused coaching, clienteling guidance, HR support, and conflict resolution when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, customer focus, strategic agility, and team-building skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
